“We” or “Our”) is committed to protecting Your privacy and information in accordance
with applicable legal and industry standards. You should have a comprehensive

This privacy policy is applicable only to Resort Backyard. Resort Backyard is not

applications (collectively, the “Resort Backyard Website” or the “Website”), or use
Resort Backyard’s consultation, design or installation services, or other services, or

asked to provide personally identifiable information as follows (collectively, “Personal
Information”):

VI. Resort Backyard Design LLC’s Assurance to You
Resort Backyard will not share or disclose your Personal Information to any third party,

law requires Resort Backyard to do so. Resort Backyard will not sell your Personal
